Cancelling your ticket

Every product on this site shows its cancellation terms at checkout and on your booking confirmation — those terms are the ones that apply to your order. Most Topkapı Palace tickets sold here can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund; always check the cancellation terms displayed for your specific ticket when you book.

How to cancel

Email support@istanbultopkapipalacetickets.com with your order number and the email address used at booking. We confirm every cancellation request by email; if your request arrives within the cancellation window shown on your ticket, your refund is approved.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and card issuer — most refunds arrive within a few business days of approval, and we will let you know as soon as the refund has been issued on our side.

No-shows and late arrivals

Tickets are delivered digitally and are valid for the date and time stated on them. If you miss your scheduled visit without cancelling within the window shown on your ticket, the ticket is used and no refund is due. If you are running late or your plans change, contact us before your scheduled time at support@istanbultopkapipalacetickets.com — we will do our best to rebook you where the supplier allows it.

Closures caused by the attraction

If Topkapı Palace is closed to visitors at your scheduled time — an official closure, a public holiday, or a security measure — your booking is not lost: we offer a free rebooking to another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
